Frequently Asked Questions

What is Global Sponsor Hub?

Global Sponsor Hub is an online job platform for cross-border hiring. Employers and agencies publish vacancies; international candidates search, filter, and apply where on-platform applications are enabled. We also list curated roles from trusted third-party sources, clearly labelled. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, visa sponsor, or immigration law firm.

Does Global Sponsor Hub sponsor visas directly?

No. Global Sponsor Hub does not file visas, issue work permits, or act as your legal representative. Visa sponsorship, when offered, comes from the hiring employer (or their appointed advisers) named on the job listing. Our Visa Sponsorship label only shows what that employer has stated on the post—you must confirm eligibility and process with them.

How are job listings labelled?

Employers choose structured mobility labels when they post—for example Visa Sponsorship, Relocation Support, or signals for global remote eligibility. Labels summarise advertised intent for that vacancy; they are not government approvals and do not guarantee you personally qualify. Always read the full job description and confirm details with the employer before applying or relocating.

What does relocation support mean on a listing?

Relocation Support means the employer has indicated they may help with aspects of an international move—such as logistics, allowances, or partner referrals—beyond salary alone. The scope varies by employer and role. Global Sponsor Hub does not provide relocation services; our partner directory lists independent specialists you can engage separately.

Who can use the platform?

Candidates seeking international roles can search and apply for free. Employers hiring globally can post direct roles. Relocation, immigration, and mobility partners can join the public directory. Agencies may publish curated listings where permitted. Account holders manage dashboards at /candidate, /employer, or /partner after registration.

What is Global Sponsor Hub?

A hiring and mobility platform for international roles: direct employer jobs on-site, curated external roles with clear labels, a mobility partner directory, and guides & tools. Candidates apply to employer jobs here; external listings open on partner sites.

Do you hire or connect people directly?

We do not recruit or headhunt. Employers post and manage their own roles. Candidates apply and communicate directly with employers through the platform. We provide the infrastructure that connects them, and we make sure every listing is clear about what is actually on offer.

Is the platform international?

Yes. We operate globally and welcome employers, candidates, and partners from anywhere in the world.

Do you vet jobs or partners?

Employer-posted jobs on Global Sponsor Hub are reviewed before they go live so labelling and posting standards stay consistent. We do not independently verify every claim an employer makes; that is between you and the employer. Separately, the curated external roles list is built and updated manually by our team (we do not bulk-scrape other sites to pad the list). Partner directory profiles are the partner’s own listing; we do not audit every firm the way a regulator would.

What is the tree planting initiative?

We plant one tree for every five candidates who join the platform, in partnership with Treeapp. Employers who hire through Global Sponsor Hub contribute additional trees. You can see the live impact on our About page: trees planted, CO2 absorbed, land reforested.

How do I permanently delete my account?

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page for account, billing, or platform issues, and include your account email plus a short description of the problem. You can also email support@globalsponsorhub.com if needed.

Do I have to pay to use the platform?

No. Candidate access is completely free.

What kind of jobs will I find here?

How does the CV search work?

When creating your profile, you can choose to make your CV visible in our CV search. Employers with active subscriptions can then contact you directly.

What happens if an employer contacts me without my CV being visible?

Can I contact partners directly?

Yes. Our partner directory includes contact details and links so you can reach out to them directly for relocation-related services.

How do I edit my profile or CV?

Log in, open your candidate dashboard, then go to Profile to update details and CV. After saving, review your visibility settings if you want employers to find you in CV search.

How do I delete my candidate account?

Tip for candidates:

Every role on Global Sponsor Hub is labelled. Look for the tags before you apply: sponsorship, relocation, global hiring, or employment letter support. Filter by what you actually need and you will only see roles that are genuinely right for you.

How can Global Sponsor Hub help my hiring process?

We give you a platform to advertise your international job openings and reach internationally mobile candidates. Clear labelling on every job helps you attract the right people.

Can I search for candidates?

Yes. With an active employer subscription, you can use our CV search to contact candidates who have opted to be visible.

Do I need to offer sponsorship or relocation to post a job?

No. You can list roles that welcome global talent even without sponsorship or relocation, as long as the listing is clearly labelled.

Do you manage applications for us?

No. All applications are managed by you, through your own process.

How much does it cost to post jobs?

We offer tiered employer plans. Open the employer pricing page to compare features and limits, then choose the plan that matches your hiring volume.

Can I update or remove a job listing?

Yes. Log in to your account, go to My Jobs, and choose Edit or Remove.

How do I delete my employer account and job listings?

Sign in on the website, open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, and follow the permanent account deletion steps (password, reason, and confirmation). Active jobs you posted are removed as part of that process; we may retain a short-lived internal snapshot of listings and related application metadata as described in our Privacy Policy (typically on the order of weeks, up to around 90 days by default).

Who can be a partner on Global Sponsor Hub?

How do I list my business?

Sign up as a partner, complete your profile with services and coverage countries, and publish your listing in the partner directory. The clearer your profile, the better the incoming enquiries.

Do you pass on leads to partners?

No. All contact happens directly between you and the interested party.

How do I delete my partner directory account?

Sign in on the website, open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, and complete the permanent deletion flow (password, reason, and confirmation). If you cannot access your account, contact support from your registered email.

Tip for partners:

The more specific your listing, the better the leads. Include the countries you cover, the visa routes you specialise in, the languages you work in, and what makes your firm different. Clients searching for exactly your specialism will find you, but only if you have told them what it is.
